Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refunds and statutory withdrawal requests are handled by Paddle under its Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Use the refund option in Paddle’s customer portal or at Paddle.net. You can also email [email protected] from the address used for the subscription if you need help. Never send a card number, password, magic link, or API credential.

How refunds are processed

Paddle is Flamaris’s merchant of record and decides and processes refunds under its buyer policy and applicable law. Timing after approval depends on Paddle and the original payment method.

An approved full refund ends paid editing access when Flamaris records the provider-confirmed refund and prevents the refunded subscription from renewing. Your existing local plan remains available to review and export.

If a partial refund is offered, it does not silently change subscription access. Any access change will be stated explicitly before or when the partial refund is approved.

Cancellation is separate

Canceling renewal through Manage subscription normally leaves paid editing active until the end of the current paid period and does not itself refund the purchase. A full refund ends paid editing access as described above.
