Straightforward terms.

The service boundary, subscription behavior, and your responsibility for local planning data.

Last updated: October 27, 2026.

By using Flamaris, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Flamaris is operated by Syperience, an individual business registered in France under SIREN 105 508 899, based in Baillargues, France. See the Legal Notice for publisher and hosting details.

The service

Flamaris is a personal financial-planning utility. It can organize local planning records, import data from supported providers, and estimate supported scenarios. It does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a bank, broker, tax preparer, or fiduciary. Review important decisions with an appropriate professional.

Features, provider availability, and modeled jurisdictions may change. Flamaris will identify unsupported or unavailable behavior rather than promise complete coverage.

Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

Paid editing access is sold as an annual subscription. You choose one of the supported annual prices and a charity-allocation percentage before checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record and shows the final price, applicable tax, renewal timing, and payment terms before you pay.

The subscription renews annually unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date. Use Manage subscription in Flamaris to open Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so paid editing continues until then. See the Refund Policy for statutory rights and Paddle’s buyer policy.

If payment is past due or Flamaris cannot temporarily verify access online, editing may be paused. Existing local planning data remains available to review and export. A provider-approved full refund ends paid editing access and secures non-renewal; a partial refund does not silently change access.

Charity allocation

The selected charity percentage is the share of Flamaris’s pre-tax subscription revenue that Flamaris commits to the named charity. It is not a donation made by the subscriber, does not make the subscription tax-deductible, and does not give the subscriber control of charitable funds. Flamaris will name the charity and explain the transfer arrangements before paid subscriptions open. The remainder is retained to cover payment fees, refunds, operating costs, and reserves.

Local data and backups

Planning records stay in your browser and are not restored by signing in on another device. You are responsible for keeping an export or configuring the app’s encrypted Google Drive backup. A restore adds the backup’s profiles next to your existing ones unless you choose to replace them, and shows what will change before it does. With Drive backup on, a newer backup from another device updates this browser’s copy when this browser has no unsaved changes. Flamaris cannot recover a local plan that was deleted without a usable backup.

Proper use

Do not misuse Flamaris, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or its providers, evade access controls, submit unlawful data, or use automated traffic that disrupts other users. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information and credentials you provide.

Availability and liability

Flamaris is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Calculations and imported data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You remain responsible for verifying information before acting on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
